Sicherheit für Kinder
Bei Kindern ist die Sicherheit besonders wichtig. Deshalb sollte man immer einen Helm tragen, um den Kopf zu schützen. Damit du den richtigen Kinderreithelm findest, haben wir unterschiedliche Marken und Modelle in unserem Sortiment. Die Helme haben zum Teil andere Passformen, womit für jede Kopfform etwas passendes dabei ist. Die Kinderreithelme erfüllen alle die Sicherheitsnorm VG1 und bieten somit maximalen Schutz für den Kopf. Dazu mussten die Helme durch verschiedene Härtetest, um die Sicherheitsnorm zu erhalten. Zudem haben sie bei minimalen Gewicht, einen maximalen Komfort und Schutz.

Die Reithelme für Kinder besitzen an verschiedenen Stellen Belüftungsschlitze und -Öffnungen. Diese verhindern das Überhitzen und verbessern den Tragekomfort. Bei längerem Reiten ist die Belüftung besonders wichtig. Zusätzlich erhöht dies die Hygiene und sorgt dafür das sich keine Bakterien und Schimmel im Helm bilden können. Kinderreithelm mit coolen Details
Besonders wichtig ist neben den Sicherheitsfaktoren bei einem Helm auch sein Aussehen. Dabei hat jeder seine eigenen Vorstellungen.
Im Kindesalter ist es dabei meist noch wichtiger aufzufallen und ein extravagantes Design zu haben. Mit einem passenden Look hat man meistens noch mehr Spaß und tritt sicherer auf.

Welche Passform ist die richtige?
Damit die Sicherheit wirklich gegeben ist, muss der Helm perfekt sitzen. Der Helm sollte fest am Kopf halten und gleichzeitig komfortabel sein. Ein Wackeln sollte es dabei nicht geben. Dazu besitzen die meisten Helme ein Verstellsystem, womit man die Passform noch individueller anpassen kann. Zusätzlich kann man mithilfe des Kinnriemen noch etwas justieren und den Kinderhelm nach Bedarf umstellen. Der Wachstums des Kindes sollte ebenfalls im Blick behalten werden.
Die richtige Pflege und Wartung
Der Kinderreithelm sollte regelmäßig auf Beschädigungen überprüft werden, damit er seine Schutzfunktion erfüllt. Dabei sind besonders Risse und Dellen an der Außenschale ein wichtiges Detail, dass man im Blick behalten sollte. Der Kinnriemen und das Verstellsystem sollten ebenfalls funktionsfähig sein, damit der Helm intakt bleibt. Ist das nicht der Fall, sollte man den Helm reparieren lassen oder durch einen Neuen ersetzen. Zudem macht es Sinn, falls möglich das Innenpolster regelmäßig zu waschen, um die Hygiene zu fördern.
